23082018: #TRAVEL ESSENTIALS (BEAUTY)

Finally back on track, after a really stressful 6th Semester. But, it’s done now! Just another round of exams in November… Mentally I’m already on my next trip, which will be in September… And surprise, surprise, it’s going to be Crete, my second home. <3

Endlich bin ich wieder “back on track”, nach einem sehr stressigen 6. Semester. Aber,…it’s done! Nur noch eine Runde Examen schreiben bis November… Mental bin ich allerdings schon auf der bald anstehenden Reise im September… Und Überraschung, es geht in die zweite Heimat, Kreta! <3

In line with this today it’s time to unveil some of my (summer) beauty favorites, which is, I know, not typical at all for me as I don’t use a lot of beauty products. But I have some specific products which I love in summer, and in general, also for travelling.

Passend dazu zeige ich Euch heute meine (Sommer-) Beautyfavoriten, was für mich ja sehr untypisch ist, weil ich gar nicht so der Beauty-Make-Up-Mensch bin. Dennoch habe ich einige Pflegeprodukte und Düfte, die zu meinen allgemeinen Essentials im Sommer und auf Reisen gehören.

1. Face Care

My favorite face skin care is the Rosé Flash Balm by Pixi Cosmetics. These days I’m trying the travel set, which also includes a peeling and the Glow Tonic. Then my skincare also contains the Biotanique Cleansing Gel due to its natural ingredients.

1. Gesichtspflege

Meine absolute Lieblingsgesichtspflege ist der Rosé Flash Balm von Pixi Cosmtetics. Im Moment probiere ich gerade das Reiseset von Pixi aus. Dort sind neben dem Flashbalm noch ein Peeling und der Glow Tonic dabei. Außerdem verwende ich noch das Botanique Cleansing Gel wegen seiner natürlichen Inhaltsstoffe.

2. Lip Care

Who knows me well as well knows that I almost never wear colored lipsticks apart of nude tones. Lip care though is a different topic. My lip care favorites are the classic Labello (in all variations), the Blistex-Products (especially in winter) because they nourish really well, and, the BEE NATURAL lipsticks due to its natural ingredients and the nice scents.

2. Lippenpflege

Wer mich kennt weiß, dass ich fast nie Lippenstift trage, und wenn nur in der Farbe Nude. In Sachen Lippenpflege sieht das allerdings anders aus. Meine liebsten Produkte zur Lippenpflege sind der klassische Labello (in allen Variationen), die Blistex-Produkte (auch vor allem im Winter), da sie super pflegen, und die BEE NATURAL Pflegestifte wegen ihrer natürlichen Inhaltsstoffe und dem tollen Duft.

3. Fragrance

I love sweet perfumes, what also makes the wesps love me in summer, hahah. My two absolute favorites at the moment are “This is Her” by Zadig & Voltaire and the body mist “Rush” by Victoria’s Secret (I bought it at the airport :D).

3. Duft

Ich liebe süße Parfüms, das finden im Sommer auch immer die Wespen, hahah. Meine absoluten Favoriten im Moment sind “This is Her” von Zadig & Voltaire und das Körperspray “Rush” von Victoria’s Secret (gibt’s am Flughafen :D).

4. Sun Care

Concerning body lotion and sun screen I really like the dm-products, especially the Spray as I hate the creamy consistence of sun screen (who doesn’t :D). Then an amazing after sun product is the Avène Repair-Lotion because it as a cooling and moisturizing effect.

4. Sonnenpflege

Wenn es um Body Lotion und Sonnenschutz geht, liebe ich ja die dm-Produkte, vor allem das Spray, weil ich die cremige Konsistenz der meisten Sonnencremes hasse (wer nicht :D).  Avène bietet auch tolle Sonnenschutzprodukte, wobei mir die After Sun Pflege am besten gefällt. Diese hat einen kühlenden Effekt und wirkt feuchtigkeitsspendend.

5. Hair Care

The Sun Protection Spray by Balmain is one of my summer haircare favorites as it produces a nice hair texture and besides has a great scent.

5. Haarpflege

Das Sun Protection Spray  von Balmain ist eines meiner Lieblingshaarprodukte im Sommer, weil es die Haare nicht nur weich macht, sondern auch einen sehr angenehmen Duft hat.
